Nowadays, and for an uncertain period, the world is struggling with an unprecedented reality. Last year was proof that we can’t control risk factors, regardless of how well prepared we might be. Nevertheless, it presented us with the opportunity to revaluate the way we manage our companies, how efficient we are in allocating our resources and, ultimately, how capable we are to assess and manage risks.

The adoption of online and digital technologies by consumers and businesses exploded and, although part of that digital impulse might recede when we get back to normal life, it’s reasonable to suppose that a large part of this notable change might stay with us permanently.
