Nowadays, and for an uncertain period, the world is struggling with an unprecedented reality. Last year was proof that we can’t control risk factors, regardless of how well prepared we might be. Nevertheless, it presented us with the opportunity to revaluate the way we manage our companies, how efficient we are in allocating our resources and, ultimately, how capable we are to assess and manage risks.
